Hey man hows it going,
This is the first one of these vocal musical Lavida gymnastics I have heard. Sounds ok but nothing really tastic. I think the bassline is a bit simple and the high end doesn't sound like the best samples a little dull. So i'd have to be honest and say it's a bit neutral.

Hey brb. First of all, let me thank you for uploading a track with my vocals! It's very cool, and i promise everyone on sectionz will hear more from me. i'm gonna upload a lot of vocals here for all of you to play with. I hope you enjoyed it! :)
Now, i'm not sure i like what you've done to the vocals on this one.. Some of the mix is very good, and some of it is just not my taste. I'm maybe not the one to comment tecnique or things like that, but at least i can say what i think, since i'm featuring this song.. So overall, i like some of it, but far from everything, mosly because of the vocals, and it gets maybe a bit boring..But the beat it catchy, and the ending is cool!
Thanx

ello again,
see now contrary to your other track i really like this one,
i'm guessing you fx'ed with the vox, sounds well nice, bit of reverb, phaser maybe? and it sounds like it's being detuned every now and again.
the pulsing bass works well with the style, maybe make it a bit more busy with some high freq synths.
good track, will have to check brain works now i guess.
nice one.

This strongly reeks after euroskank ultrafunk crossover, with some hints of dark norwegian chillout. Seriously though, the second lewp is groovy like a dancing robot. Mix is proper, which is to be expected, from you.
The repetitiveness would be okay, if you had put some more automation on various knobs. Her vocals on a loop aren't enough to keep me interested. The ending is niice, arranged just the way it's supposed to.
I'm gonna go be jealous of your ability to create funky loops using a DS now, bye.

hay hay
Interesting interpretation of the a capella, takes after the despair portrayed in the lyrics (the dischordant harmonies speak despair to me, anyway). Second half is a bit more of the same vein as the lyrics imo, first half sounds a bit too playful and sassy imo.
Nothing really wrong with the track from a technical standpoint. Sounds all slick and shiny.
I'm not finding it paticularly interesting though. Perhaps its a bit too drawn out or something. whatev.
eight (and a vote for the crybabies).
