i love to be suprised .. in fact i love it when things just falll on me from the sky and fall on the person next to me suprizes.
Thats how i felt with this track. Now dont get me wrong .. this track is full of flaws. from levels and just general mixing .. like towards the 2:30 mark it was just a mess.
with that said i do have to say that this track has a boatload of potential and since its been over 6 months since its been updated i know i will be blown away at a remix of this track. Something i know will just blow any Electronica A&R rep out of his argyle socks. So what say you alex? up for the challenge?

The Good: IT reminded me of days go by, I think that is a decent song. I really like the effects done to the vocals, makes it sound very new age
The Bad: sounding like another song takes away from originality although I am not saying that 'days go by' is the only song in the world that can sound like that, it is just it seems to be a major influence.
Overall: great track if you are a trancy mood, it flows together very well. it can best be equated with a new age trance song you could hear on the radio.
Artist Reply :: 3.24.2004 :: it's funny that you mention that - a lot of people have said that to me, although until recently I hadn't actually heard "days go by." I don't think the two tracks sound completely alike either. To be honest, the major influence for this track came from a remix of "complicated" (avril lavigne) by pablo la rossa. I have to say this is the best track I have heard on sz so far. once again, you have produced a professional and well deserved track. I was into the the peppers myself, and i have to say that you did them proper. I just wish the intro and ending were longer (more dj friendly) i would play this at my club in a minute, and i know it would tear the roof off.
your instrumentation is perfect, love the sounds, keep em coming!

oooohhh i like this.It reminds me of chicanes love on the run.uplifting,gentle trance with vocals.rare on secz as far as ive experienced so far.
i need a longer mix of this so that i can really use it to its fullest potential,which i can already hear.

yes, that's me on the vocals for this track. I made this track sort of as a tribute to the chili peppers. they were my fav band all through my younger years, and i sort of had to make something like this just to get it off my chest if ya know what I mean.
at this stage I don't have a club mix planned / made, but that can all change :).

wel wel wel...this is one hell of a track and some quality....why can't i get such quality even after hours and hours of workin' on it...anyways..i've never heard the track by r.h.c.p but i bet it kix ass too..nice beats...goes straight to the u.k dance charts if it was pulished...the compression is excellent and any of your tracks don't need any commenting as such 'cuz they come out so damn perfect...and really nice picture on your artist page...hahaha...allright man...there's nothing else to say but a straight 10 and a vote...peace!!
