Review by : inconnector :: on : 10.10.2005 Rating: 9 Hi Matt. say hello to Plug for me when you see him ;) this is a nice piece, it has a nice chord progression, and the sound is crunchy... but it needs more oomph. It's very video-gamish and would work well as such, on the dancefloor however... not really.. Check out some music by inconnector: mp3: oldie but goodie :)
Review by : Wund3rkind :: on : 10.4.2005 Rating: 7 hey, it says you've been flooping since '01? well it shows that you know how to work the program pretty well in this song... it's very good... however... it's actually quite boring. now that you can make a great track, why don't you make it interesting too? vary the breaks a lot more, throw in some stuff to startle the listener. don't follow the same chord progression like a cookie cutter... that's what i think this track needs. i needs to make me think about listening to it. do you know what i'm saying? keep at it man!

Review by : intrepid :: on : 10.2.2005 Rating: 8 Hi Matt, nice intro, Beatz sound pretty fat, especially like the sound of the snare. If this had been my own breaks track i'd probably have steered away from the 909 hats though, but i quess they fit pretty well. I think there's a little room for improvement with the spacing and eq of the melodies and riffs but i do like what there playing. You could sqeeze a little more low end out of that bassline to.
